COURSE DESCRIPTION
In this course, Eva takes you through the entire process of making a bust cake in the shape of Neytiri, a character from the movie Avatar.
She made this real cake for a competition, which means she had a limited time to make it.
For this reason, preparation, a good plan and the development of pieces in advance are of crucial significance. (are very important)
In this course, you will learn all the details and secrets of how to successfully create such demanding creation as the bust cake in human form is.
For easier orientation, the course is divided into sections.

- 2 kg Dark Chocolate Ganache Recipe
- 600 g Dark Chocolate (Compound)

- 200 g Izomalt
- 3,5 kg of Sculpting Paste or Modeling Chocolate
- 1,5 kg dark brown Fondant

i want to ask where do i find the tempelates to sculpt the body and head?
Hi Alola,
the plan is now visible in the Course Material Section at the bottom of the Curriculum. Thank you for reminding us. You make the templates approximately 1 cm smaller then the drawing is, because you are going to add on a layer or two of ganache and then the sculpting paste (or modeling chocolate).
